CSX recently recognized nine short line railroad partners for their outstanding collaboration and commitment to service excellence during the company’s CSX Short Line Conference in Jacksonville, Florida.

MG Rail was recently honored with the ‘Jake Railroad - With Distinction’ award by the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA).

The Jeffersonville Fire Department recently conducted a visit to the facilities, marking a significant step in enhancing the safety and preparedness of operations. During their visit, the fire department performed a thorough walk-through and held a field-based Q&A session where various safety topics, including potential issues, utility shut-offs, and other critical safety measures, were discussed in detail.

The 2024 CSX Short Line Awards celebrated the achievements and contributions of short line and regional railroads in enhancing the rail network’s efficiency and service quality.

Infrastructure investments surpassing $1.1 million were recently completed at Ports of Indiana-Jeffersonville through a yearlong series of road and rail projects by Ports of Indiana and MG Rail, the port’s rail switcher.
